If you choose to book an audiology appointment we will ask you for personal information and contact information such as your full name, address, contact numbers, email address and your communication preferences so we can provide you with the information you have asked for, and so we can, if required, offer you a hearing test and hearing aid demonstration.

When you visit this website we also collect Technical Data, such as your internet protocol addresses, browser type and version, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access this site, and Usage Data which is information about how you use our website. We use this to make our website easier to use and to protect it from bad users.

We do NOT collect any Sensitive Data about you. Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data.
